Selection procedure to get the Incubation support at GLBCRI
In order to inculcate the culture of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an Ideation Contest is organized in every academic session. Following steps are followed in conduction of ideation contest:
Step 1: The entries are called through a notification issued by IIC-GLBITM and GLBCRI.
Step 2: The entries are segregated theme-wise and a program schedule is designed for the presentations of participants.
Step 3: A judging panel or committee is formed for the evaluation of presentations by registered participants. This panel consists of 1 senior faculty member from each department (Nominated by respective Head of the Departments).
Step 4: A meeting is conducted with the judging panel regarding evaluation criterions and other rules and regulations of presentations.
Step 5: A meeting is conducted with the registered participants to explain the evaluation criterions and other rules and regulations of presentations.
Step 6: The contest is conducted as per schedule and the evaluation sheets from all members of the judging panel is compiled.
Step 7: On the basis of scores obtained by participants, the result of the contest is announced.
Step 8: The winners of the contest are provided the access for Incubation support at GLBCRI at no cost.
Step 9: Various eminent entrepreneurs are invited to deliver lectures and educate the students about the joys and hardships of entrepreneurship.
Step 10: Regular mentoring sessions are conducted for the assessment of the progress.
