The G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida is dedicated to promote the development of new ideas and innovations in the form of materials, devices, processes and other intellectual properties (IP). To fulfil this purpose an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) center is established by the institute under GL Bajaj Center for Research & Incubation (GLBCRI). In order to safeguard the IP, the institute has drafted its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy which aims to follow a procedural approach for creation, protection, ownership and management of intellectual property in the Institute. The IPR policy permits the timely protection and disclosure of such intellectual property by development, commercialization, and publication. The details of published patents are given below:
